Inde, début du XXème siècle, très jolie statue en bois polychrome figurant Ganesh, dieu de la sagesse et de l’intelligence représenté debout sur un socle lotiforme indépendant.
Il est représenté tenant ses attributs. La sculpture mettant en relief les détails et la patine sont de très belle qualité. Cette pièce a été réalisée en deux parties.
Bon état si ce n’est de légères usures normales et sans incidence ainsi qu’une restauration ancienne sur la base derrière le pied droit, à peine visible.
Hauteur 74, 5 cm.
Le témoin d’échelle sur la dernière photographie est un petit modèle d’un briquet d’une marque connue de tous.

Good condition except for slight normal wear and no impact as well as an old restoration on the base behind the right foot, barely visible.
