Birmanie, années 1920/1930, très jolie et grande sculpture en bronze à patine cuivrée et argentée figurant Bouddha assis sur un haut socle triangulaire, les mains en posture de la prise de la terre à témoin « bhumisparsa mudra ».

La base du socle est ajourée et ornée d’un personnage assis entouré de deux éléphants.


L’ensemble est de très belle qualité.

Hauteur 34, 5 cm.

Travail de belle qualité conférant au sujet une grande noblesse. Le témoin d’échelle sur la dernière photographie est un petit modèle d’un briquet d’une marque connue de tous.


Bon état.

Burma, 1920s/1930s, very pretty and large bronze sculpture with copper and silver patina depicting Buddha seated on a high triangular base, hands in the posture of taking the earth as a witness "bhumisparsa mudra".


The base of the base is openwork and decorated with a seated figure surrounded by two elephants.


The set is of very good quality.

Height 34.5 cm.
