Inde, milieu du XXème siècle, très jolie boîte en bois laqué noir et orange. Le couvercle est tenu fermé et maintenu à l’arrière par trois pattes métalliques. Un anneau de même matière permet l'ouverture du couvercle.
Design épuré par la rondeur du couvercle et la forme circulaire de la boîte; ethnique par le choix des coloris et l’agencement des formes.
Bon état de conservation si ce n’est des usures, petites fissures et une petite restauration à la fixation d’une patte métallique à l’arrière; rien d’anormal pour un objet ayant servi et sans incidence sur sa beauté.
Hauteur 11 cm. Diamètre 14,3 cm.
